Razumich & Delamater PC are excited to announce that our very own Joe Delamater has been selected for Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series Class XLIII!
Each year the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series (SKL), now in its 43rd year, selects 25 individuals to participate in this highly competitive program, which seeks to expand the ranks of community leaders by teaching and motivating members to address the needs of Central Indiana.
Joe Delamater is originally from New York. He moved to Indianapolis in 2004 to attend the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. After graduating, he became a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Indiana and practiced in criminal appeals. He later joined the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office in Indianapolis, the largest prosecuting attorney’s office in the State. Joe entered private practice in 2014, seeking to advocate for the constitutional rights of citizens. His main goal is to help people by ensuring that they don’t continue to be part of a flawed system. Joe was a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana. He has volunteered countless hours with bar associations, including helping the IndyBar’s Diversity Job Fair earn a President’s Award in 2014. Joe wants to help focus on criminal justice reform including implementing police body cameras and reforming the bail structure.
Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series Class XLIII members are chosen because of their significant community involvement and professional achievement; their demonstrated interest in community issues; a record of participation and achievement in voluntary community activities; and their willingness to expand their leadership role in the community. http://www.leadershipindianapolis.org/2018/07/10/announcing-skl-class-xliii
